What is hope? If there is none to be had?
What is joy? When all you feel is pain
What is happiness? When all you want to do is cry
What is fear? If there is nothing to fear
What is alone? When all you feel is loneliness
What is forgiveness? When all you want to do is scream
What is the purpose? When the one you love is far away
What is fighting? When all you wish to do is hold on tight
What is love? When all you feel is emptiness, a sense of hopelessness.
